I have attached 3 pictures where I see the plaster most likely has some problems. I would like the experts here to evaluate the damage and suggest how and how soon should I can go about fixing these.
1) Crack
2) Black Stain
3) Peeling plaster?
Thanks.

Of all three plaster problems the crack is most concerning. Determine if the crack is allowing water to the Shotcrete.
The black stain can be caused from a rebar tie/rebar exposure. Find the cause and correct the situation.
The last picture is of delaminating plaster, once this stars it hard to stop without removing large quantities of loose plaster.
Start with the cracked plaster and determine how serious it is.
The other two are cosmetic and you have time on your side for when it’s more convenient to repair.
All three can be temporary repaired with a plaster patch.IMG_4136.jpg

Have you done a "bucket test" to see if you are losing any water? You put a bucket in your pool on one of the steps. Fill it so the water is level with the water level in the pool. Keep it in the pool for at least a whole day. See if the waters are still level at the end of the "test". If the pool water is lower than the bucket water level then it is leaking and you HAVE to do something and fast.

Listen to @AQUA~HOLICS on how to do it!
