Of course I WANT all the cool features of the Alpha but for half the price I can get the Explorer E30.
Outside of the wifi and app features - what is the difference in performance?
Will either of them do my stairs?
My primary concerns are performance and scrubbing ability. In the spring I get a ton of pollen, cottonwood seeds, and duck poop. In the fall it's lots of leaves and pine needles. I have a tile waterline that I would love to have scrubbed good so I don't have to do it.

- Inground - 18' x 33' Rectangle
- Gradual slope from 3' to 7'
- Plaster
- 3 stairs on shallow end running entire width of pool
- No features/other platforms
- Currently using pressure side Polaris which has been giving me problems for months.
- Surrounded by lots of trees - pine and leaved
- Ducks frequent it in the spring - lots of poop
