When we opened our pool this Spring we saw the grout between coping and tile line was falling out. Our pool is 5 years old and we live in PA so winters do get cold.
We thought the grout line could just be redone but the pool company is telling us we need all new coping and potentially tile as well.
There is a language barrier between the folks sent out to take a look at the problem and us so I am hoping someone here can weigh in.
