The only hangers I kept seeing for these pool mats were overpriced and made from PVC. I made some out of steel for less then $25.00 each. Simply cut the steel pipes to the appropriate length leaving enough room to secure the pipe into the hinge and to secure it at the other end. Measure twice cut once. I used a reciprocating saw with a metal blade to cut the pipes to length. Masochists may feel free to use a hacksaw if they choose. You will also need some lag bolts and something to lock in the pipe to prevent it from swinging open. I used some ridiculously priced fancy screws, just because I happened to have them laying around and they were what was right in front of my face when I went to to do the job. I thought I would share simply because nobody seems to make decent affordable hangers for these style pool floats.
