I have an above ground pool (about 10k gallons) and a Hayward DE Filter. The water that comes out of the filter goes through a diverter valve because I have two returns on my pool, one at the top and bottom. The left connection on the diverter valve (that goes to the heater) has a slight crack on it and some smaller ones around it so a constant few drops of water is leaking out of it. Is there any way I can seal the connection better to stop it from leaking? I'd hate to pay $50 for a new one and my local poolstore says they sold out for the season. I redid the connection with Teflon tape but that didn't help. The clamp isn't helping that much either and I'm not sure what I could seal the cracks with that would hold up against the water pressure.
