Discoloration after pool re-surfacing.

Hello. I had my pool re-surfaced with a quart finish less than a year ago. The material per the contract was “Blue stone Marquis.” There are several spots of dark grayish discoloration. There is a one year warranty however the company is saying they are stains caused by improper pool chemistry/maintenance. See photos. Any advice.

-Need to know what you use to test your pool?
-How do you sanitize?
-What have you added to the pool chemical wise?
-Can you provide a full set of test results (not from pool store) using either the TF-100/Taylor K-2006C test kit. These are the two kits we endorse and trust to give consistent, reliable, repeatable results. We need to know:
FC
CC
pH
TA
CH
CYA
Salt if applicable
