Hi, I’m Seth. Been with the group since 2010. I’ve been renting my house out, last tenant vandalized my home and pool. I’ve moved back now and NEED my water therapy.

I basically have to start fresh on pool. Equipment pad is being moved. Need all new equipment and a new liner. I really NEED design help and guidance. I have 16x32 in ground. 1.5 main drain, 1.5 skimmer, 1.5 return to 2 return jets.

- would like to build a spa with plenty of jets and air jets
-water fall feature
-should I add additional return to pool or spread out returns I have for better circulation?
-add return jet to stairs to cut down on debris resting on stairs?
-spa placement? To right of skimmer? Spa design?

Seth, are you going to add a stand alone spa or modify the current pool? I'm not sure how that works with liner pools. It looks like the current walls are wood. Will you be replacing them with another material?

I’d like to form it right on the pool deck/yard. I want it to spill back into pool. The pool is concrete, there are areas on the side and bottom that will need to be fixed with hydraulic cement and topping.
