Dirt "stains" in plaster

Scrubbing the pool and I can't seem to remove some dirt marks from the plaster (some are streaky looking and some just marks). CH is a bit high at 475 but all other readings are within scope (TC 2.2, pH 7.6, ALY 94, CYA 30).

Any idea on why this happened and how I can get the "stains" out. TIA.

A pic(s) would help but it sounds as if you have calcium scale. Removing that scale will release the dirt but first it needs to be correctly identified. What is you Calcium test result?

Sorry thought I said CH (calcium hardness) was a bit high at 475?

Have you tried rubbing ascorbic acid on the stains to see if it removes them (that would be metal stains) or chlorine (for organic stains)?

Placed a puck on one for a few minutes, took the puck off, used brush on it and bingo. Was able to brush it away. Will be shocking the pool tomorrow and brushing it. Thanks all for the help!!
