Differences between Pleatco old vs new versions

I have a pentair single cartridge filter at 6 years old, the bands and pleats are showing some minor fraying so am going to order a replacement. People here recommend Pleatco, so off to amazon for a search.
Amazon is showing an "old version" and "new version" of the filter. I can't find any description of the changes made. I did not reach out to pleatco as I am sure they will say the v2 is the better one. Does anyone know? Thanks!

Pentair has used them in the past, either to handle their shortages, or making all their filters in the first place. A member's new filter came with Pleatcos in it at the beginning of the season.

The rumor shortly thereafter was that Pentair bought Pleatco and it appeared they suddenly got more expensive. I'll bet that the only difference in versions is the price.
