Difference between DPD tablets? Lovibond vs palintest?

I have some lovibond and palintest DPD tablets. I bought both quite recently.

They give quite different results in both visual Color testing, and in titration-to-clear testing.

the palintest tablets agree with my clear choice kit, and with the pool shops FC measurement. 5ppm

the lovibond tablets are less pink, and go clear with only 6-7 drops as opposed to 10

anything I’m missing?

Not sure but know most only use the powder that comes with the kit. Here is a bump just in case someone does use those.
