After installation of a Raypak Avia 264 and making adjustment to the water pressure (water sw open fixed), now I see this "diff sw open" and not sure you to fix or get around it?

The manual says:

Check Blower and Air Pressure switch: - Replace Pressure switch if failing open or close. - Replace Blower if operation is intermittent.

I checked air pressure switch (NC) ok.

any help?

Thanks

I tested the gas line pressure and water flow rate. They are in acceptable ranges. Now the unit is brick with the error:

Critical Fault
Call Service - Unit Lockout due to multiple faults. Call Service for heater evaluation.

I wish I never purchase a raypak!!! It's a night mare

It does sound like a job for warranty. If you can confirm gas and flow. But cycling power off for 90 seconds should get rid of lockout. I would check tubing and orifices to make sure there aren’t any manufacturing burs in the tubing if not sounds like a faulty air switch.

It's my mistake not to swap out the 240v jumper for the blower. I was reading the label "primary wiring is made for 120V" and thinking everything was made out of the box for 120V. Now I access the website "internal" troubleshooting and it shows I should check for the blower jumper. I did check and swapped out. It's working now after reset/clearing all faults... I turned the label and on the other side they said the same thing for "240v" which means there is no default wiring for 120v as I just read one side. Anyway, it's a good time to re-test the gas line and water rate.
