DFW Texas Recommendation for leak repair and other maintenance

HI Guys

I've done all the maintenance on the pool so far. We have had a leak since I bought the house. I had one guy check it and he sealed the skimmer gaps.
Also need to have the mastic or deck seal redone

Also need the coping around the spa fixed/ replaced

We had Puryear replaster and Aquabright a couple years back and they checked for leaks. I had hoped the replastering would help the leak but it hasn't.
Puryear was unprofessional so we wont be calling them.
Do you have any recommendations for these projects ?

We had a leak when our pool first was built (sprinkler guy nicked a buried return line). Our pool builder out of Mckinney could not find it, so he called Evolution Leak Detection. I cant speak for their other services, but he found my leak in just a few minutes and I would not hesitate to use them again if I needed.
