Determine Pump Size based on existing GPM

I need a larger pump, without calculating based on my plumbing, can I determine how strong of a pump I need based on my existing pump size/speed and existing GPM?

I have 3 -2x20 solar panels, and my plumbing goes underground for about 15 feet to my pump. I did the bucket test and I am only getting 10 gpm with my solar panels on, if I bypass my solar panels I get 30gpm of flow. I'm adding a heatpump and I wanted to still use my solar panels with the heat pump but 10gpm is not enough flow for the heater.

I have a 1.5 hp hayward motor (says century on it, but I believe that's the same as A.O. Smith?)
RPM 3450
SP1510Z1XEHC

So is there any formula I can use that says, if at my current RPM I am getting 10gpm, I would need a motor of this size to triple that.

Problem is that you have an above-ground pool pump. It will never give the flow you need to run solar and then a heat-pump. An ABG pump is not even a quite a medium-head pump. It is trying to do what an in-ground pump is designed for, both lift water and then shove it through all the equipment. Changing the motor won't make any improvement. Since both motors run at the same rpm, regardless of HP, the pump performance won't change
You need a new pump.
