Delete Heyward Online Owner Account?

Hey guys, I am in the process of moving. I currently have the Goldline Aqua Connect network module on my pool and I am trying to figure out to either transfer it to the new owner or simply delete my account so he can set his own info up tomorrow.

I've searched the manuals and online and I've come up with nothing.

Does anyone know how I can remove my info so it's ready for my buyer tomorrow?

I reached out to Heyward directly and they said the new owner would have to contact them to get the account transferred.
