Debris in jets line

I have an issue in one of the spa's at one of the hotels I work for that's resulted in multiple lines putting out no air. I used a small snake camera to look in each of the 7 lines for the jets and discovered there is multiple pieces of some kind of debris behind a "nut" in each line and I do not know how to free them to get them out. This "nut" is roughly 10"-12" inside of the line from where it exits from the wall of the spa and is on the upstream side of the "nut". There are 7 lines for the jets in this spa and all but 2 are putting out varing degrees of water/air. All of them, even the ones with the strongest water pressure & bubbles, have some amount of this debris. How should I be thinking about how to free this debris? I'm guessing that because the debris is behind a hex "Nut" that there must be some kind of tool to turn the nut with to remove it and possible free the debris, right?

I have a video as well though I not sure how to reduce it enough to post it here.

Good morning. I'm a little surprised I haven't even gotten one reply to this. Has no one run into this issue before or have I simply come to the wrong Forum to get an answer to this? Not trying to be sarcastic but I really did think this would be someplace I would get help. What am I missing?

Just saw this post. Can you upload a picture of the spa and pump/blower equipment, not just the clogged jets? Maybe one of our industry experts could help if we knew the make and model of the equipment.

I'm no expert, but the debris looks like pieces of PVC pipe. If the debris has "recently" shown up, you have a bigger problem as something in your system has self-destructed and is shedding pieces of plastic into your spa. If there are no obvious failures in the system upstream of these jets, that leads me to believe the debris has been there since the installation. I'd recommend calling the installer and asking for "warranty service". Otherwise, as you suggested, you'll have to disassemble the lines and remove the debris yourself.

The tool is a socket of appropriate size on a long extension turned to the left. They may be bayonet style or threaded.

Thank you. We were able to get the debris out and it's definitely plastic pieces broken off of something. They are off-white/tan in color and with a textured surface. They seem somewhat familiar though I can't think why. Not from the laterials in the sand filter and I don't believe they are from the impeller in the pump though I'm not 100% about that. I'll post a pic of them from my phone in a reply shortly.

Glad you got the debris out of the lines. Bad news about possible heat exchanger self-destruction. Good luck on solving that mystery and repairing the spa.

For starters if you want more help the signature below like mine needs to be filled out so we know what you have. Equipment with the related model numbers would be of great help here. Also a few pictures of the equipment pad at different angles and the pool and spa it supplies. Lots of knowledgeable members here that can provide more then a guess ounce the equipment is known. Best of luck.
