Long story short, I had issues with calcium buildup and scaling on the walls of my pool, I tried a "calcium treatment" kit, which from what I understand was Sulfamic acid. Following advice from TFP @JoyfulNoise, I exchanged the water to get the acid out of the water. The kit did work, but I'm having issues again with this "soft calcium" building up in the pool. It's accumulating in the "splash pad" part of my pool and the vacuum fills up with this stuff. I attached a picture to show the contents of the vacuum. Here's my pool readings:

FC - 6
CC - 0
PH - 7.5
TA - 90
CH - 225
CYA - 70
Salt - 3200
Temp - 87F
CSI - -.036

Any advice on why this is building up still with a negative CSI? I feel like this isn't a common problem and I'd like to prevent it from happening.

Are you getting your CH level from the ColorQ?

What is your fill water CH or hardness as reported by the entity you get the water from?

Your CSI is -0.36, not -.036, I assume.

Probably not calcium scale? Maybe test for Magnesium?
Yes, sorry, misplaced the decimal!

Those numbers were from TF-100, though ColorQ said CH was 233.

I have my fill water coming from my water softener. Without the softener it's about 450, my softener isn't great, it's about 200.

So you used all water softener water to refill the pool?

Just trying to nail down the CH number. Your CSI does not show a level of scale creation. And your TA is not sky high which can lend the SWCG to create scale even at acceptable CSI levels.
