Dead Wybot - No Support Reply

I love my C1! I run it every morning. Sometimes I do wall and floors, or just floors depending on how the wind was the night before.

Luckily, I haven’t had to deal with customer support for anything. It’s been a great purchase for me so far.

Sorry if anyone else is dealing with issues. :(

I have been in email communication with them for almost a week now. They keep asking me the same qu3stions and want videos and stuff. The stuff they tell me to try doens’t apply.

The wybot i have is cordless. It t turns on, is charged and when i drop in the water, it bubbles and then the lights go out and it sits there. Anyone have one of these and had this issue or know how to fix the POS? It’s NEW from last season. Used like one month!
And that's why i found this page looking to fix it since you call the toll free # for it to say there isn't an agent in queue. I guess I'll just keep checking my email to see if they respond.
 
I have the C1 coming today. I wanted a cheaper vac to do our basin without lugging the corded Dolphin over every time. BUT...I purchased direct from their website. They charged for the robot and then another "international assessment fee" they claim is my bank charging and not them. The customer service has been awful to this point. I had planned to not even unbox it and send it back but then noticed they require you pay to ship it back. I'll definitely never order from them again. Their site makes it look like they are in the US. No where does it say otherwise and that you'll be charged more than the invoiced amount. Though, when looking up the same machine on Amazon I did pay $1 less buying direct so I'm just going to let this slide I guess. I'm not using it much so I hope it'll last at least a year.

Does anyone know if the calibration option in the app actually does anything or how it's supposed to work. I have a two of the same robots and one doesn't go side to side in a straight line like the other one does and I assumed calibration would resolve that but it doesn't seem to do anything nor does any of the limited documentation state anything.

I will say overall I've had mine for several months now and over all I'm happy with the performance for $400.

Where do you find the calibration mode in the app?
