Cyanuric acid level is still zero after adding conditioner

I refilled my 10,000 gallon pool and then added 1 gallon of the Natural Chemistry Instant Pool Water Conditioner. According to the product label, it should have raised my cyanuric acid level to 32 ppm. It's been 48 hours and the cyanuric acid level is still zero. How long should it take for cyanuric acid levels to rise after adding this product? I purchased the conditioner from Leslie's Pools based on their recommendation.

Thank you in advance

liquid stabilizer should definitely show the following day
powdered stabilizer can take a bit longer
try doing test earlier or later in the day, you want the sunlight behind you
fill tube to first graduation, hold tube at waist level and have a quick glance,
fill to next graduation and repeat
when you get to a good reading, pour the solution back into the squirt bottle and repeat
it is the hardest test to get accurate

I use the Natural Chemistry liquid stabilizer and it’s bang on to what the pool math calculator say. Did you shake the heck out of it to make sure you got it all out? Some of jugs are like cake batter so you need to shake pour, shake pour and put the jug under water and shake again to get all the goodness out. Or your reagents are bad, how are testing?

Salty

Someone, maybe on amazon product comments (not sure if same brand) had commented the CYA
was totally flat when added. Like a bad batch or something. Something to consider if you are
testing correctly and nothing is showing.

As already stated you have to shake the heck out of that bottle especially if it's old, and then I saw it was recommended (I think on the label) to fill it with water, shake again to get all the CYA off the bottom. The CYA test being open to interpretation, are you using taylor (anything under 30 is 0) or TF 100 (anything under 20 is 0)? PS: if buying the liquid in the future ebay and amazon can sell it at about 1/2 the price as leslies...
