CYA Test - Bottle Shaking Differences

I have a new TF-Pro test kit. In it, the provided instructions say after adding my pool water and R-0013 to "Mix then wait at least 30 seconds. Shake once more."

Alternatively, this TFP page providing CYA test instructions simply says to "...shake the mixing bottle for 30 seconds".

A seemingly subtle difference. Does it matter how its done and/or is the TF-Pro possibly different than other older kits?

It doesn’t matter. Just gently tumble or invert the mixing bottle for 30 secs, there’s no need to act like a paint-mixer and violently shake the bottle. The mixing is simply to ensure the pool water and reagent fully mix and that the cloudy suspension stays well distributed (no settling). Just gently invert it then test right away.
