Cya reading

My cya is reading between 30 and 20 more towards 20 before the dot disappears. Confused on what I should read it as?

Well, I would suggest this. Either way its too low to assist you in maintaining a trouble free pool.

So assume its 20, add enough to reach 30, wait a few days and retest. If it ends up reading 40 you're still good to go
