CYA question

Hi all. Had my water balanced so well, than I had a pretty good leak and had to add water.
My CYA is now 50. I had to add and used pool math yesterday.
Now pool math says I should drain some to get to 45.
I'm sure I will need to drain some in the next few days due to rain coming.

Yes or No to drain a little today?

No need to drain. Poolmath uses the mid point for target. Do not obsess on that number. Everything has a range.

There's no difference between 45 and 50 CYA - we always round up. NO to draining.
Curious why your target is set to 45 in poolmath??
