CYA question & Sticky Wter

Hi all -

Working on getting my pool up & running, here are the current stats:

FC 6
CC 0
pH 8.2 (just added MA)
TA 126
TH 210
CYA 3

I know my CYA is low, I replaced our water last year, used Bleach exclusively except when we camped for a week, and our CYA creeped up all summer. Is there a scenario where CYA resides in the plaster? May be way out left field here - I just couldn't figure it out. Any input is appreciated.

Secondly, throughout last summer our water was consistently "sticky", though my chemistry was in range. Any insight? Can I add salt? Or something else? Risks?

As always, I deeply appreciate your help!

What are you testing your pool with?
CYA will not rise on its own.

Not sure what you mean by sticky water, but you can certainly add salt.

When did you replace the water? last spring or fall?
