CYA of 50

We need to SLAM, we allowed our FC to go too low after company was using our pool. Our OCLT showed a loss of 2 overnight this morning. CYA is currently 50, PH is 7.2. The chart shows CYA 60, not recommended, with an SWG. Should I raise the CYA before starting the SLAM?

No do not add CYA.
Use the NON-SWCG chart for a SLAM. Turn off the SWCG during the SLAM and use liquid chlorine.

No, don't raise it. Simply use an FC of 20 as your SLAM level and press. Good luck!

Edit: looking at the SLAM chart again for non-SWG and SWG pools, this makes total sense! Thanks again!
