Current Pool Liner prices

Hello All:
Can anyone tell me if they are experiencing very high pool liner costs? I know prices are up on everything. I just got a quote for a new liner (approx 38x15 25,000 gallons) and it was $8500 not including water. Im in northern NJ. Seems very high and im wondering if I should wait another year and gamble that prices come back down? Any thoughts?

October last year. 20x40, 8' deep end, 3' shallow. $5200 installed without water. Ohio

Last spring I had my 20 x 40 liner replaced, it was $6500 w/o water on Long Island. I also had the existing coping removed and a liner track installed that allows for stone coping.

I just had mine done, guy did a really nice job - you can see the pictures in the liner pattern topic. It was $6,000 for the liner + install, $3,000 for the refinish of the vermiculite bottom and $1K for the replacement of the light with an LED light. Charlotte, NC
