Crooked Skimmer

Hi everyone, I have a recently installed fiberglass pool. I purchase from the pool maker and installed myself. The pool came with the skimmer installed and it is about 3/4” out of level relative to the pool. I won’t waste my breathe on the pool maker as I know they won’t do anything for me. The skimmer is a Hayward SP1085-2. I looked at the manual and was unable to figure out how this front trim piece mounts. The question is, if I remove all these screws and try to spin the plate, will the be anything securing the skimmer on the other side? I..e do the screws go all the way through? The picture doesn’t show how off it is but I plan on adding tile and the 3/4” difference will really show with the 1”x 1” tile. Thank you in advance

The screws go all the way through. Don’t try and just spin the plate. Accept the way it is and move on.
