Cracked water heat exchange on Titan heater

Spring reveals more than dog sh*t buried under the snow, it also reveals a severely cracked outer shell (PVC?) on my Titan TI IV's water heat exchanger. Since it's the weekend, there's no one around to call, so I thought I'd throw it out to the group to ascertain just how screwed I am. This unit has only seen a single season and I suspect it may be ready for the dump.

Is yours like the one in the site linked below?

says it may have a 10 year warranty. If it's only one year old, you might not be out of luck after all.

Unfortunately, those only warranty the unit again defects, not "due to freezing conditions" http://www.titanpoolheaters.com/site/pd ... 0Titan.pdf
