Today I dropped a slate table onto my steps and caused a hairline crack. I repaired with one coat of JB WELD Marine and then covered that with 3M 5200 Marine sealant. I did this why dry because I am currently having the liner replaced. I am hopeful that this repair will stop any leaks. But if it does leak what should I do?

My husband says next would be fiber glass using mat BUT he thinks what you did should work! SO here is hoping he is right!
