I’ve checked power source and it’s working, torque limiter is turning but ropes are not moving and the opposite side of the motor (cone) is not turning. Ropes that are in the housing appear to be ok and I don’t see any damaged bolts or pins. I’ve watched a video on how to open it manually but afraid I won’t be able to close it once opened. Before I take this step, does anyone have any ideas I could try first? Thanks!
