Hi,
We are trying to find someone in northwest New Jersey who have replace our coverlon pool cover. We first need an estimate for the insurance company. The deer ran across it and it ruined. We have a 36 foot Tahiti shape with 8 foot stairs. Pics are below.

Welcome to TFP.

Apply tarp repair tape or the widest duct tape you can find on the top side or both sides. It has held my 30-year-old cover together long after its expiration date. The tape I have is no longer available, so you need to shop around.

Loop-Loc sells adhesive patches for repair. Googling Loop-Loc Patch Kit will find them.

That should get you through this winter and then you can get a replacement.
