The above link is an research paper posted on an open-source medical archive that has not been peer reviewed yet. However, it contains some early data on the survival rates of the SARS-CoV-1 virus which is very similar to the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes COVID-19.

My take is that the virus will likely have very limited survival rates in outdoor pool environments as high temperatures are possible as well as constant exposure to chlorine. Plastic surfaces seem to aid in harboring the virus so keep your floats and noodles clean (a simple 1% bleach spray will be highly effective) and throw out old pool toys if they are porous and worn out (porosity helps pathogens hide).
