Coping around IG pool

I have 2" x 13" concrete coping around my pool that has hairline cracks (probably one every 12"). What's the best way to make them "disappear"? Polyurethane coatings? All the porch decking and coping is some sort of "pitted" concrete that's been stained (very faintly).
