Connecting Variable speed Pentair pump to Hayward control unit

I have a pentair variable speed superflo pump and a Hayward prologic control board. I would like to control the variable speed Pentair pump model number (P/N 342001) through the Hayward Prologic PL4. Can anyone help me wire this up? There is a Pentair cable available but how do I hook it up? Any assitance would be appreciated.
