Concrete Issue- Acrathan

Has anyone heard of or used Acrathan? It is a concrete type of sealer that my pool builder is recommending to put over my newly poured concrete because of the spotting issue from what I assume is calcium chloride spots.

What exactly will this "sealer" do for the spots? Hide them?

It is a water based stain and sealer that supposedly can cover the spots but it has acrylic in it which worries me that it will have future peeling and chipping. I’m also researching the H and C solid water based stain as well. I’m not sure my best course of action as I don’t want to do an overlay or paint.

Sorry, I really don't know what caused those spots, and if that sealer will do anything to help cover-up those spots.
