So I’ve been keeping my water perfect from outside the pool. Just got in today and noticed a larger crack at the top of the tile area and pool deck. I honestly don’t know if it was there last year. Is this bad? Can I seal it myself? New pool owner of around 3 years so not sure. Any help appreciated.

Good pics! Almost certainly, your decking is settling in the back. That causes the cantilevered portion of you deck to lift off the bond beam.

Probable cause is settling of the substrate under your deck because it was not compacted well before decking was poured.

You can certainly recaulk and that may last a while (that's what I would do) but it will likely reappear if the decking settles more.
