Compupool non genuine contact dealer fault will not go away

I have replace a burned up cell and power cord.
Last fall before closing the pool for the fall my SWG cell and power cord melted.

I replaced the cell with a genuine replacement cpsc16 and a genuine power cord.
Initially I was getting no water fault that I was finally able to eliminate by resoldering the power cord to the PCB.

The system was operating with no issue for two days but now showing non genuine contact dealer error code.
I cannot get past this code, when I power the pool equipment up (after turning the main panel off) the unit displays the ultrakleen but then immediately shows non genuine contact dealer error.

I cannot by pass this by holing down any combination of buttons.
PLEASE help, every forum I find never provides the fix or even a potential fix.

There is a SW1 button on the PCB that I do not know what it is for.
Does anyone have a complete schematic and or service document for the CPSC systems?

Unfortunately the US location of Compupool is permanently closed. I have sent email to Australia (their only location) but have not received any response.
I appreciate the contact information.

I purchased the cell from poolsunlimited.com. I will try to get feedback from them, thanks for that advice.
When I scour the internet I do find a few forum posts about this same issue but there are no responses to what the fault is and how to fix it. Always a dead end.

I found information on how to change the product key (genuine component number) but I cannot even get past the initial fault message to get into any sort of maintenance mode.

Unhooking by taking the wires off? I have disconnected the power cord at the cell.

What I am thinking of doing now is
1. disconnect the power unit from the power supply coming in, maybe it will reset?
2. Also there is a small push button switch inside on the read out display, I thought to open the unit up, power it up then push the button to see if it resets anything.
3. I will try if that doesn't work is to replace a tiny watch type battery also on the read out display.

It looks like the watch type battery is secured into place, there are three tiny solder points on the top contact.
I did take the cover off of the unit and powered up the system.

There is a tiny red LED that is always on, but also I see a location for a resistor that is burnt and has no resistor. Maybe it cooked off when the cell melted?
I am trying to find any schematic for the PCB but have no luck yet. I will take a picture when I take the cover off next.

The picture is my SWG circuit board.
One resistor is burned away. Maybe happened when or because the power cord and cell melted.

Would anyone have any type of schematic?
Also the watch type battery is visible in the picture, it looks a bit oxidized, could that cause any communication error of the unit?
