Cloudy water

Hi,
Trying to get my pool opened.
I've vacuumed twice to waste and then hit the pool hard with liquid chlorine which got rid of the green water and added acid to lower ph, however, the pool is still cloudy.

My current readings with my Taylor kit are:
Cl free= 7.5
ph. = 7.4
alk = 180 ppm


Thoughts on what I should do next to get the pool clean?

I'm out of the reagent to test for CYA. I would have assumed with the amount of chlorine I've added that I was at SLAM level, but of course without knowing CYA that's just a guess.
I'll need to procure more reagent for CYA.
