I have a 40,000 gallon salt water pool, pebble tech.
I've been maintaining the pool myself for the past 1 year, I recently noticed the pool wall was turning green, later I realized I had low cyanuric acid levels, I added 10lb of stabilizer it raised level to 90, shocked the pool and added liquid chlorine, now chlorine level is 10ppm, Ph is 7.4, alkalinity was 40, I went to pool store to buy sodium bicarbonate instead they gave me soda ash which I found out after adding maybe 10lb of soda ash in the pool which immediately made the pool water cloudy and caused PH to increase drastically!
I added 1 gallon and 1/2 to bring PH back down, but the pool is still cloudy and I'm not sure what to do.
