Hi all. I had a super clear water yesterday and we had visitors and enjoyed pool all day. When I wake up today It was shocking to see cloudy water just overnight. I measured everything with Poollab device and here are my results.

Fcl : 3
Tcl : 0.06
pH : 7.6
TA : 90
CYA : 19
salinity : 5000 ppm

It is a salt water pool. I know cya is low, I will be adding stabilizator today but swg seems to keep up with fcl production.

I have a sand filter and pressure seems low.

What can be the reason.

Chlorine is too low for your CYA. Test with one of the recommended test kits and post those results. Honestly we don’t trust the Poollab device.

Leaving the CYA that low (assuming it’s accurate) will just deplete the cell faster.
