Hey guys, I'm starting to pull my hair out. My water got cloudy this week and I haven't been able to figure out why. Roughly 20,000 gallon salt pool.
Chem levels have been:
FC: 8
CC:0-.5
PH 7.5-7.8
TA: 140 (my tap water coming in is also 140)
CY: 60
Salt: 3000
Borates: 50
These were basically the levels over the last week as my water got cloudy. I've started a SLAM today and have the FC up to 27.5 right now. My PH crept up the last few days and is currently 8.2. (but the pool looks the same as it did before this most recent measurement and this could also be reading wrong because of the high FC going now.)
We had some algae at the water line about a week and a half ago and I brought the FC up, but thinking maybe I didn't hang onto that SLAM long enough...
Any suggestions as to what I am missing....?
