Cloudy water during SLAM

Hi

I'm in the middle of a SLAM, all my algae seems to have disappeared (the green stuff at least) and now, I've got cloudy water... do I just keep adding bleach? You can see the pool below (ignore the massive white stain on the liner from when the tablet floater turned upside down and the lid fell off d'oh).

Levels currently are:

FC: 12 - i'll be bringing this up to 16 as soon as I buy more bleach!!!
CC: 0
CYA: 40
pH: 7.5
TA: 60

one of the slam criteria is clear water
so you should keep fc at slam level for a bit longer
you could add a cup of de to your filter to speed things up
you are very close now

You can play rope a dope with an algae bloom all summer. Just enough bleach so it doesn’t turn green but not enough for it to go clear.
