Cloudy water after adding Polyquat60 and Jack's Purple Stuff

I recently did an AA treatment due to staining on liner. The AA took the stains away instantly. I added 2 bottles of the Purple Stuff and shut off my SWG. Next day I added Polyquat6O. Woke up this morning to a very cloudy pool. After doing some research after the fact, I see that Polyquat and Purple Stuff don't mix. Just wondering what I should do to clear this up. Just let filter run or add anything else? I started to slowly increase the SWG this morning. Any help is appreciated.

Welcome to TFP.

Where did you see that see that Polyquat and Purple Stuff don't mix?

Give your filter a chance to clear the cloudiness. Don’t keep on adding more magic potions to your pool water.

We recommend using ascorbic acid and not Purple Stuff for iron stains.

I used Purple Stuff as a sequestrant after the AA. I think I added the Polyquat and Algaecide too closely together. I read about it on this site that one is negatively charged and one is positively charged which will cause a cloudy mess, I've since added a little liquid chlorine and increased my SWG to 60%. I cleaned filter yesterday and pressure is already way up again.

In the future, what metal remover/sequestrant would be recommended? I've had success with ProTeam products in the past.

Here is what my filter looked like
