My pump inside canister is clear, but my pool is cloudy I clean my pump out change filters I keep it clean.

In a majority of cases, cloudy water is the beginning of algae. It's a chemistry problem and not so much the filter. To confirm, we would need to see a full set of water test results from either a TF-100 or Taylor K-2006C test kit which are the two we recognize here at TFP as being owner friendly and reliable.
