Cloudy above ground pool, stumped

I've got an above ground pool that has been cloudy for a week now with no progress getting more clear.

Test results are:
FC & TC : 15+ppm (I didnt want to waste reagent to test any higher)
PH : 7.5
Alk : 110
CH : 300
CYA : 40-50 (in middle)

The chlorine has been 15+ ppm for the last 3 days. No new chlorine has been added since. I could do an overnight chlorine test, but at these levels, is it really necessary? That's a lot of reagent to use to get the actual chlorine figure.

Can the pool be cloudy from too much chlorine? Or should I assume it is a filtration issue? I can not see the bottom of the pool and it's about 4ft deep.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

A couple things come to mind. First, you need to maintain the proper FC SLAM level based on the CYA. I would round-up your CYA to 50 which would requre an FC level of "20" to be maintained until you pass all 3 SLAM criteria. The other thing is your equipment. We don't know what you have since your signature is not populated. You should add all of your pool and equipment info to the signature and that may give us more clues about your situation.
