Closing Bestway Pool

Hi! We are taking apart our pool for the winter and wanted to know if I should be doing something to the liner before packing it up. Do I need to spray it down with a bleach cleaner or something in order to prevent mold? Of course I know it should be perfectly dry.

Also, any hacks to get that little bit of water left on the bottom of the pool?

If you can get the pool as dry as possible before putting it away that would be ideal. Either a shop vac or lots and lots of towels to sop up the bottom and then let it air dry.

Making sure the water and pool are free of algae before you drain is obviously helpful. Spraying the liner with bleach before you pack up doesn't sound wise to me.... I would think that could be damaging or bleaching to the liner since it won't have CYA there to buffer it.

I hear. I emptied the pool and picked it up on its side aaaand.... the bottom is moldy!! Now what??

Ok.... bleach spray to the rescue! But make sure to rinse it off once the mold is gone, ok?
