The past two years I've closed my pool myself, and I intend to do so again this year. The only real difference I see with the TFP process is removing the spider gasket in the multiport valve. Then I read later in the process to cover the filter with a bag to prenvent debris and or damage. Rather than remove the spider gasket. Could I store the whole multiport valve indoors for the winter?
