Clorox Pool Salt question

Anyone know if the Clorox pool salt iron contamination issue has been fixed? I have reached out to the company but have not heard back. Being 4th July weekend I doubt I will.

We just had fresh plaster done, I'm still about 1 1/2 weeks away from being able to put salt back into the pool, so in preparation, I bought 20 bags of Clorox from lowes (5% back plus bulk discount). I stumbled upon a post on here about Clorox and opened a whole can of worms. Not really looking forward to returning 20 bags to lowes. Most posts seem to be from over a year ago with the bulk being 2019 and earlier. Just wandering if they changed supplier or refined the processing of it.

Return the Clorox pool salt and do not use it.

I would not trust any response from Clorox to know the real deal.

Clorox salt?

Just wanted to weigh in here. I basically have two choices for pool salt in my area. The local pool store $15.00 a bag, or Wallmart which only carries the Clorox at $5.30. Since my pool was overrun with rainwater ALL my salt was gone and to get it back up Pool math says I need 1,018 lbs of salt...
