I donated $100 and got the badge on my profile, but never anything which let me know how to claim the discounts which come with being a supporter. Did I miss an email or something?

I donated $100 for the gold status a couple of days ago. I didn't receive the email for the discounts. Specifically the test kits. I should have my pool finished next week and I wanted to get the test kit ordered. I did check in the junk mail folder and it isn't in there.
