I was slamming my pool because I thought I might of had mustard algae. During the process I placed all of my equipment in the shallow end during and I removed it today. When I pulled my brush out there was this strange clear gel like substance all over only the metal part. Any idea what it could be? You can bare;y see it in the corner where the brush head meets the shaft. All the white stuff is what was left after it sat out in the sun a bit.
