Cleaning Procedure after Flooding from Milton

Hi all,

This is the current status of my pool after hurricane Milton. Looking for advice on how you guys would go about cleaning this up. Draining is not an option due to the water table. My plan for now is massive amount of chlorine, backwashing, maybe vacuuming to waste repeatedly and then testing. Hoping there isn't too much staining but if so then running the forums asorbic treatment. Wondering what you would all do and if you had any tips. Thanks!

If fresh water is plentiful and not expensive, a No Drain Exchange would be in order to remove as much of the contamination as possible.

Get a submersible pump. See Draining - Further Reading

It looks like you need to wait for the water to subside around you first then you can drain into the body of water behind you or to a sewer cleanout.
