So I need to deep clean my sand filter and I read the article on here about doing it. It all seems self explanatory but I do have one question as I have never done this before.
The article talks about the filter being isolated from the pool plumbing. Does that mean I need to disconnect it or does shutting it off consider it isolated? If I disconnect the plumbing on mine, wouldn’t the water leak out as I add water to clean it.
